Just messing around. The creative team was playing around with an old photographic process called cyanotype.

While joining in on all the New York Fashion Week festivities, I attended a blogger meet-up party at the Tribeca Grand. I was so excited to have spotted this lady dancing up a storm in one of our french terry dresses! With the zipper shoulder detail, striped stocking and peeptoe booties, Andrea was definitely taking kensie to a whole new level. The SS10 kensie campaign was inspired by origami. You can see it in some of the pieces, around the colors, flowing down a dress front, a sleeve. Some raw some crisp and folded neatly. We made our set as a gigantic origami piece and were so sad to see it dismantled. We went searching for more origami and found this from a designer in Australia. It fits our Pretty Things category for sure.
