Technical Designer-Knitwear

Duties:
Measurement, fitting, and approval of all samples prior to bulk production
Communication of fit, construction, and styling to vendors
Provide Graded Spec for bulk production
Review shipment samples
Prepare Fed Ex packages, filing, and various office duties as needed

Requirements:
Must have an interest and aptitude for pattern making, sewing, and fitting.
Must have a good eye for fit and proportion.
Must be meticulous and detail oriented.
Must understand the principles of grading
Must have basic computer skills: Outlook, Illustrator, Photo Shop, Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the basics of knitwear would be an asset
